- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings (jhumka, etc.) are non-returnable.
- To request a return, contact us with your order number and issue.
- Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
